Abstract

The study analyzes the reforms introduced by the “Alina Law” to the Federal Penal Code and related legislation. The main objective was to assess the impact of these modifications on the criminal justice system, identifying potential procedural imbalances. The research was conducted through a juridical-dogmatic analysis. This method consisted of contrasting the previous legal framework with the amended text in order to determine the internal coherence of the system and detect technical inconsistencies. The main findings reveal the existence of procedural inequalities arising from the new legal wording. Based on this identification, specific recommendations are proposed to correct these asymmetries through targeted legislative adjustments.

In conclusion, the reform introduces significant changes that affect forensic practice. The study discusses these practical implications and underscores the need for future regulatory revisions to refine the system and ensure procedural equality.
