This review analyzes the work coordinated by Gustavo Cárdenas Soriano, which emerges during the historical transition toward the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures in Mexico. Its importance lies in proposing a new human and technological judicial profile, essential for the training of legal practitioners before 2027.
