Abstract

This research is based on the need to make the educational communication of the law school higher education teacher more efficient; starting from the fact that their communicative and discursive skills are fundamental, on the one hand, for the transmission of knowledge and, on the other, for the empowerment of the communicative skills of their students. It proposes training them so that with the strategic proposals of oratory they become pedagogical speakers that are significant due to their communicative quality in the management of content through their voice, nuance and volume; linked to non-verbal communication and under a discursive structure that achieves efficient learning in its students.
