Abstract

This article analyzes the views of legal thinkers Anthony Kronman, Duncan Kennedy and Martha Minow on legal education in the context of the Constitutional State. The implications of his theories on the training of lawyers today are explored, offering valuable perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in an environment marked by the evolution of constitutional norms and democratic values.
